Before Dragon Ball

Over 100 million years B.C.

- The earliest Kaioshin (not Kaio Sama) was thought to have existed.

About 75 Million years B.C.

- The 15th generation Rou Kaioshin was sealed in the Zet Sword.

About 5 Million years B.C.

- The evil magician Bibidi was successful in creating Buu. Buu destroyed hundreds of planets in the following years. Two of the five Kaioshins were killed by Buu. Dai Kaioshin and North Kaioshin were absorbed by Buu. East Kaioshin managed to kill Bibidi in a showdown and sealed Buu in a sphere shell then left him on Earth.

Tens of thousands of years B.C.

- Annin began her service of protecting the Furnace of Eight Divinations on the border between the real world and the Other World.

4237 B.C.

- Garlic Junior's ancestors migrated to the Earth from their home, Makio Star.

739 B.C.

- Jadoushin became the Princess of Serpent Path (Snake Way), and settled in her castle along side of Serpent Path.

Approximately 238 B.C.

- The Legendary Super Saiyan appeared and wreaked havoc across the Universe.

Approximately 250 A.D.

- Uranai-no-Baba began her fortune telling business.

261 A.D.

- Enma Kaio (King Yama) traveled on the Serpent Path to receive training from North Kaio Sama (King Kai). Princess Snake met him and fell in love with him.

- On Planet Namek, violent storms ravaged the planet and destroyed many of lives giving Ajisa plants. Kattatsu sent his son away on a spaceship to avoid death. The storms stopped and no one else followed the child. The child faced problems and was forced to make a landing on Planet Earth. The young Namekian's name was.... Piccolo.

430 A.D.

- Kamesenin (Master Roshi) was born. Here comes trouble ladies.

431 A.D.

- Piccolo became the apprentice of Kami.

448 A.D.

- Kamesenin turned 18 and continued training under Mutaito. He fell in love with Ran Ran, (A distant ancestor of Ran Fan perhaps? They both look alike.)

459 A.D.

- Tsurusennin brother, Tao Pai Pai, was born.

461 A.D.

- Garlic assaulted Kami for not choosing him as his successor. He was defeated and trapped by Kami in the Death Star World.

- Piccolo was the chosen one and ascends to the throne of Kami.

- The evil in Kami Sama's (Piccolo's) heart left him and formed Piccolo Daimao. Daimao led a reign of terror across the Earth, but was sealed in the Denshi Jar by Mutaito's Mafuba technique. Mutaito died as a result of performing the move.

474 A.D.

- Darbura inspected the Earth.

Approximately 550 A.D.

- The first Saiyan landed on Planet Plant on a mysterious ship.

553 A.D.

- Kamesenin started his world famous collection of dirty magazines.

- Kamesenin found the 3-Star Dragon Ball on his beach.

650 A.D. May 7th

- The first Tenkaichi Budoukai takes place.

658 A.D.

- Old Grandfather Gohan was born.

662 A.D.

- Kami Sama told Mr. Popo what he remembered about his childhood.

698 A.D.

- Toninjinka was born.

715 A.D.

- The Great Emperor Pilaf was born.

720-730 A.D.

- The Saiyan united and began a war against the Tsufurujins to control Planet Plant.

- The Tsufururujin scientist, Dr. Raichi, was killed.

- The Tsufurujin were completely destroyed by the Saiyans. The Saiyans took control of the planet and renamed it Planet Vegeta. They adapted Tsufurujin technology.

- The Saiyans began space exploration and met aliens from other planets.

722 A.D.

- General Blue from the Red Ribbon Army was born.

730 A.D.

- Tao Pai Pai started his career as an assassin.

731 A.D.

- The Saiyans began their partnership with Frieza and started conquering planets for sale.

- King Vegeta Ou married his queen.

732 A.D.

- The birth of Prince Vegeta.

733 A.D.

- Bulma, Yamcha, and Tenshinhan were born.

733 A.D. May 8th

- Earth's current king was sworn in.

Approximately 735 A.D.

- Frieza started to feel misgivings toward the Saiyans. It began a period of chaos.

736 A.D.

- Krillin was born

737 A.D.

- A low-class Saiyan fighter was born to the middle-class Saiyan warrior, Bardock. He was rejected by his father as a failure. In his first few days alive he was sent to Planet Earth to destroy it when he grows older. His name was Kakarotto.

- The Saiyans gains control of the Planet Meat and Planet Kanassa.

- King Vegeta Ou's revolt against Frieza ended in failure with his death.

- Frieza demanded the death of all Saiyans.

- Bardock died trying to protect Planet Vegeta and his future.

- Kakarotto landed on Earth.

- Gyuu Mao's (Ox King) daughter, Chi Chi, was born. His wife died shortly afterwards.

- Sometime in between June and August Gohan found the baby Kakarotto in the woods. He named him Son Goku.

738 A.D.

- Goku hits his head on a rock after falling down a cliff. He stops being a reckless evil child and becomes a happy loving boy.

740 A.D.

- Oolong was born.

- Krillin began his training at the Orinji Temple.

- Babi created Dr. Myuu for the purpose of gathering energy so that he can be reborn. Myuu was programmed to make Machine Mutants.

747 A.D.

- Yamcha met Puar.

748 A.D.

- The Phoenix that Kamesenin was raising died of food poisoning. Later, while gathering mushrooms, he discovered a baby sea turtle who got lost.

749 A.D. First ten days of April

- Bulma entered Senior High School in the Western Capital.

Sometime in 749 A.D.

- Bulma discovered the 2-Star Dragon Ball in her basement.

749 A.D. 22nd August

- Bulma discovered the 5-Star Dragon Ball in a cave to the north.

Dragon Ball

749 A.D. September 1st

- Bulma was on her summer vacation searching for the Dragon Balls.

- Bulma met Goku later that day.

- Bulma discovered that the sphere Goku owned, which he thought contained his grandfather's soul, was actually the 4-Star Dragon Ball.

749 A.D. September 2nd

- In the morning, Goku and Bulma met Kamesenin and he gave them the 3-Star Dragon Ball, in exchange for....ahem...well, you know... some naughty things.

749 A.D. September 5th

- Goku stopped the reign of the terrible Oolong in "The Village" and an old woman gave him the 6-Star Dragon Ball.

749 A.D. September 6th

- Goku met Yamcha for the first time and fights quickly with him, only to have it end in a draw for the both of them.

749 A.D. September 9th

- Goku defeated Yamcha

- Kamesenin uses the Kamehameha to put out the flames on Frypan Mountain. The blast was too strong and destroyed the mountain and Gyuu Mao's castle. Among the debris, the 7-Star Dragon Ball was found.

- At about noon, Goku sent Monster Carrot and his gang to the moon.

- Shuu and Mai stole all but one of the Dragon Balls from Goku and gang.

- Pilaf summoned Shenlong at night once the Dragon Balls were gathered. Later, Goku looks at the moon and turns into an Ozouru and destroyed Pilaf's castle.

749 A.D. September 10th

- Goku and Krillin became Kamesenin's students after finding a female maid for the...er... pervert. Later, Kamesenin moved his house to an island therefore Goku and Krillin prepared for their tough training with the martial arts master.

749 A.D. September 14th At 4:30 AM

- Goku and Krillin began their tough training under Kamesenin. They will spend the next 8 months training the same way.

749 A.D. October 2nd

- The second term of school began at the Western Capital Senior High School.

750 A.D. April 6th

- Goku and Krillin increased the weight of the shells on their backs to 40 kg to increase the results of their training.

750 A.D. April 18th

- Commander Silver of the Red Ribbon Army began his search for the Dragon Balls

750 A.D. May 6th

- Goku, Krillin and Kamesenin left the Kame House to participate in the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai tournaments.

750 A.D. May 7th

- The 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai takes place. Jackie Chun (Kamesenin with a disguise-name) wins. Goku takes second place.

- Goku, The Red Ribbon Army and Pilaf struggle for control of the Dragon Balls. The Red Ribbon Army get the 6-Star Dragon Ball from Pilaf's base in the desert. They also get the 5 Star Dragon Ball.

- Goku and Chi Chi met again in Gyuu Mao's village.

750 A.D. May 8th

- In a single day, Goku destroyed the Red Ribbon's Muscle Tower.

750 A.D. May 9th

- At 11:02am Bulma finished repairing Goku's broken Dragon Ball Radar. Goku and Blue Shogun fought in the sky above Penguin Village. Aralechan beats Blue by herself.

- Tao Pai Pai killed Blue Shogun with only his tongue in a demonstration of his power.

- Goku was beaten almost to death by Tao Pai Pai at the base of Karin's Tower.

- Goku began climbing Karin's Tower.

750 A.D. May 10th

- Summer vacation began for Penguin Village High School.

- Goku reached the top of Karin's Tower and began his training, which is to take the Super Holy Water from Karin.

750 A.D. May 12th

- After 3 days of training, Goku finally gets the Super Holy Water. He's surprised when he found that it was only plain tap water. It was actually the fighting that made him stronger.

- Goku killed Tao Pai Pai at the base of Karin's Tower and SINGLE-HANDEDLY destroyed the ENTIRE Red Ribbon Army.

- In Uranai-no-Baba's battle arena, Goku was reunited with his dead grandpa, Gohan.

750 A.D. Some time in July.

- The raining season began in Namu's village.

Between 750 and 753 A.D.

- Goku began his training which is to run around the World.

- In Chaos village he fights Kinkaku and Ginkaku.

- Goku met Chintaiken and fights Tenron in the Gozen-Jiai contest.

- Goku enters the Demon World and fights the lord of the Demon World, Shura.

- Goku saves Inoshikachou and meets Tenshinhan for the first time.

753 A.D. May 5th

- Goku meets Konkichi.

- Goku swims to Papaya Island where the 22nd Tenkaichi Budoukai will take place.

753 A.D. May 7th

- The 22nd Budoukai takes place. Tenshinhan wins. Goku comes in a close second.

- Krillin was killed and Piccolo Daimao appears.

753 A.D. May 8th

- Celebration of 20 years under the rulership of the King of the World.

753 A.D. May 9th

- Goku killed Piccolo Daimao.

- Piccolo Jr (AKA Ma Junior) was born.

- Goku reaches Kami Sama's Palace and trains there for the next three years with

Mr. Popo and Kami Sama.

756 A.D. May 7th

- The 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai began.

- Goku becomes engaged to Chi Chi after their fight in the tournament.

- Goku defeated Piccolo and wins the Tenkaichi Budoukai for the first time.

- While planning for Goku and Chi Chi's wedding, a mysterious fire erupts and tarps Gyuu Mao inside with Chi Chi's wedding dress. Goku and Chi Chi must search for the Basho Sen to put out the magic flames.

756 A.D. May 8th

- Chi Chi learned how to be a good bride from Grandma Hakkake.

- Goku uses the Basho Sen on the flames, but it doesn't work. He finds the flames are a result of a leak in the Furnace of Eight Divinations on the other side of the World. Goku travels to Mount Gogyou, the home of the Furnace of Eight Divinations, where he meets his dead grandpa again. He fixes the hole in the bottom of the furnace and the flames cease around Gyuu Mao's castle.

757 A.D. Sometime in May.

- Son Gohan II was born.

759-760 A.D.

- Goku was interviewed by Shonen Jump. (I really don't get this. It makes no sense to me. Shonen Jump is the large weekly publication in which Dragon Ball appeared in. I think it's supposed to be SOME kind of joke.)

760-770 A.D.

- Dr. Myuu founded the alien Rirudo and turned him into a Machine Mutant, Shogun Rirudo. Rirudo uses his great powers to complete the construction of planet M2. The Machine Mutants began gathering energy to be absorbed by Babi.

761 A.D.

- Goku, Piccolo, Krillin and Gohan battle Garlic Junior and sent him into his Dead Zone where his father died.
